2019 Textron Wildcat XX 17 The desert, dust and long suspension fever have never been more exciting for some since the tremendously impressive machine of the Texton Off Road Camp came to fruition. We had heard stories of a desert-killing machine, but the results would change the way we saw newcomers in the industry. In model year 2019 is not only the cat in the house however, as Textron Off Road has added and even updated more in the popular package known as Wildcat XX. Welcome to the 2019 Lynx XX Limited.

From its now pumped-up 130-HP triple-punched in-line prowess cylinder, the injected fuel for optimum performance, to the very impressive suspension designed by none other than the famous desert runner Robby Gordon, Wildcat XX It’s ripping. This machine set many reference points to the right of the box and was a refreshing walk from the Off-Road division of Textron.

Adding to the already fun ride, Textron decided to make a package to personalize the wildcat directly from the factory. This LTD, or limited edition, will come with items including custom front and back bumpers just in case your talent runs briefly or that classic “Look at this” moment becomes YouTube story. A marine-grade Bimini top and roof will also adorn the package along with a custom sound system.

The stereo sound pack from SSV Works includes kicker speakers and Bluetooth capability so you can Rock your own melodies while ripping down the trails. There’s even a power amplifier included to make sure everything sounds legit. Very interesting things for a limited-edition machine.

Let’s not forget the other factory items included in the Texton Wildcat however. The suspension is something that always gets our attention, but what about the gas shocks Fox 2.5 podium QS3. These shocks are very easy to adjust with only the three position knob taking out all the conjectures. Fox specifically worked with Robby Gordon and Textron Off Road to make this suspension pack handle like a real, straight out of the box, the pure sport machine should. Pushing all the energy to the ground is the CST 30-inch giant tyres mounted on Custom MMC wheels.

From the point of view of the service, the wildcat could not be easier. The back cover comes out and exposes the engine, as well as any engine-related components that may need to be repaired. The CVT also obtains a quick-separation box that allows the transmission belt to be maintained fairly easily. The 2019 Textron Off Road Wildcat XX LTD is a great package and one we hope to test on the size of ourselves very soon.
