2019 YFZ450r Review
2019 YFZ450r Review Yamaha aims to continue its dominance in the high-performance sports category with the release of its BMW YFZ450R and 2019 Raptor 700R. Here’s a look at the top seven features and the full specs of the latest Special Edition version of the 2019 Yamaha YFZ450R. The YFZ450R SE is the most advanced ATV on the market today. It combines a high-tech high-tech high-tech, fast-turning, titanic valve, 449cc fuel with a lightweight, calibrated aluminum and steel chassis. The power and chassis combination repeatedly ensures a championship winning machine.
YFZ450R SE is motor-ready. The William frame is made of lightweight aluminum, with a clamp-steel floor frame that allows the engine to sit deeper for excellent mass centralization. Suspension components and settings reduce weight while lightweight, sharp handling and driver comfort.
Body is designed for great ergonomics and driver comfort, with more room to hang in the curves, and the seat shape is padded in just the right places to improve lap times. Body parts can easily be done without tools for service; There is no need to remove the battery or other components to pull off the fenders.
The 449cc engine relies on titanium five-speed cylinder head technology, which delivers ample power in the mid-range, making it even idler. The higher compression ratio further improves engine performance.

The YFZ450R SE has the 2019 YFZ450r Review Fuel injection for precise fuel supply. With a large 42mm Mikuni butterfly body and a 12-hole injector, this system delivers excellent fuel injection for maximum performance. The system also includes ISC (Idle Speed Control) for easy, reliable commissioning and heating.
An assistant and slipper clutch reduces leverage for less fatigue with less fatigue while increasing the pressure of clutch panels for positive engagement. This clutch system also reduces the engine braking effect, allowing for faster cornering, especially when downshifting. The aggressive styling gives the YFZ450R SE a racy tailored look, with extras including a GYTR front-wheel strap bar to match its unique graphics package.
When we talk to YFZ-R SE and the 700R SE with apples to apples, that’s just a $200 difference in the Raptor’s favor. Both machines come with EFI, upgraded aluminum parts, graphics, etc., and both also with really high-end, fully adjustable KYB bumps. The difference is in the front area. If you’re planning on rails or desert tears, you’ll really appreciate the wider, long travel front end on the YFZ-R as it will cost 1000 – 2000, it on the 700.
If you’re looking for a lower total entry point, the standard Raptor 700 can be taken off for $1100 less than the base YFZ450R, but it’s definitely in terms of suspension quality and accessories. The Raptor 700 is 7699 dollars, the 700R 8199, and the 700R SE is $8799. The YFZ450R is $ 8799 and the Special Edition is $ 8999.
While the YFZ450R has been essentially untouched since 2014, the Raptor 700 received a laundry list with solid upgrades. 2019 YFZ450r Review has stuck to its strategy of releasing a great product and then refining it almost perfectly through the model run. Apparently, being the strongest sports quad on the market wasn’t enough; Yamaha engineers have pulled 10 percent more horsepower from the Raptor’s 686cc engine. Compression has been increased from 9.2:1 to 10:1, and engineers have completely redesigned the cylinder head.
The new head has a completely new one-port exhaust construction and an exhaust system that works with it. New camouflage imaging, fuel injection mapping, and another rod help the Raptor rev faster and make more power with simultaneous reliability and the super-smooth all-around performance curve.
On the outside, the new Raptor gets a larger 22-inch front tire designed to shift the Raptor’s weight backward. This improved weight propensity works hand in hand with new settings that optimize traction for performance enhancement. The shock changes include a 5mm-longer rear spring, which increases the feel and comfort of the shell construction and the whoops. The DID T-Ring chain has also been replaced by the same extremely durable DID X-Ring chain that many of us have been upgrading to for years.

In an all-around drag race, the bigger bore Raptor is 700 faster. The faster prop YFZ-R will come out of the hole faster, but the massive torque and higher gearing of the 700 will slowly move away from the race-ready 450. When it comes to climbing the biggest hills, the Raptor offers a similar advantage. China Wall, Glamis ‘ largest and steepest dune, was chosen for comparison. With a small enema and a competent rider, both machines were able to conquer the animal with ease.
The Raptor, however, was able to start right at the base, while the YFZ-R needed a small extra run with him. Climbing “The Wall ” also required a bit more clutch work on the 450, while the 700 could haul it up to third and fourth. Whoever missed a shift and had to cancel his ascent was the machine you wanted to stand on with the YFZ-R. The less oblique, wider YFZ-R platform proved much easier to whip around on a steep dune wall than the larger Skinnier Raptor. This can prove advantageous if the “flip ” is 500 feet tall or a mountain crust rises.
For both machines, the performance is great. The tougher YFZ-R performance curve is very easy to drive aggressively, but the big torque and super-smooth power curve at the Raptor definitely make it easy to drive. As for the overall beam or the “tuning,” we noticed a slight sip from below on the YFZ-R, but the Raptor developed flawlessly throughout the curve. Stricter emissions standards have called for leaner and leaner fuel imaging. The Raptor seemed unbearded, but we noticed it on the YFZ-R. It showed a slightly slender state at basically zero height, but it will undoubtedly be less noticeable or disappear at higher altitudes.
